At Stay Dark Apparel, we currently ship to European Union countries only, including Hungary.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, drops, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Hungary:
- Free shipping

Other European Union countries:
- Flat shipping rate of 3,900 HUF

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

In general, orders within the European Union are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days in total, including processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs-related handling where applicable, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available.

If your order includes tracking, you will receive the relevant tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at staydarkapparel@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Address Issues

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs and Import Fees

Since we currently ship within the European Union only, customs fees are generally not expected for EU deliveries.

If any local charges apply in exceptional cases, they are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
