RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders shipped within the European Union, including Hungary.

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a statutory exception applies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights under applicable EU law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Once the return is accepted, the fastest way to get the replacement item is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, unless a statutory exception applies. As above, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that cannot be returned under applicable law. If we ever offer custom or personalized items in the future, those items may not be returnable unless required by law. Sale items are not excluded from return rights and may be returned under the same conditions as regular items, unless a statutory exception applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If the refund is approved and the return is made under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the standard delivery cost where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless we are required by law to cover those costs.
